Garter

I've been searching for a garter for quite some time and found a few I like on BHLDN http://www.bhldn.com/ but they are around $75 which seems a little pricey. I want one with tulle since my dress has a ton of that on it and it needs to be simple. While wandering on a blog recently, I saw this one that I fell in love with. It seems pretty easy to make myself - just a little tulle, some elastic, stitching and a brooch of my choice! Off to the fabric store I go!
