Wedding :: Necklaces

Before my dress came in, I started looking for potential necklaces to go with it. I'm the kind of person who likes big, statement necklaces and thought this look might work with my dress and the neckline. I've been looking at Nordstrom, Macy's, The Limited, Etsy and then some bridal shops here and there. I found three options to take in for my first fitting.

I thought for sure this would be the one - I loved how it was made of glass as I was trying to steer clear of fake looking crystal/diamond ones. Even though it was big, I thought it would look good given the fact that it's clear. When I tried it on, it didn't really go and on top of that, disappeared in pictures.



I ordered this off Nordstrom based on a review that said it looked quality in person and thought why not given the fact that it's so easy to return something there. When it came in the mail, it looked the most fake of any of them and when I tried it on with the dress, it was too jagged or something, not soft enough for the dress.



I ordered this one at the last minute just to try and it definitely looked the best and went well with the dress. My dress has three brooches on the waist and this look matched those the best. I am keeping my eyes out for other options, but this might be the one. They don't have earrings or a bracelet to go with it so it may just be a necklace for me....
