Food :: SPUR & Fiance's ring - check!

Last night, Nathan and I went to EE Robbins to find him a ring! I had no idea how long it would take to get so I thought we better go since we are at about 3 months. It was a pretty easy process - we chatted with the lady that sold him my ring and she gave us a glass of wine while we looked, which we loved. There weren't too many men's rings to choose from and Nathan likes darker metal generally. We ended up picking two and went one that was slightly less fancy than the other and darker. She actually had it in his size in stock so he got to take it home with him and he can try it for a week and if he doesn't like it, just bring it back. Sounded pretty good to me - he's wearing it today! I have to say, it looks pretty good on his finger ;)

After that, we decided to venture up the street and try the food at Spur. We had never been and every time I go to EE Robbins, it catches my eye. The food we ordered was Delicious, however, it was pretty pricey for the amount you got. The atmosphere and decor was very nice and comfortable. Definitely worth trying, but I don't need to go back. It looks like they are expanding into the old Zoe location on 2nd.

  1. Spur is where I used to bring all my first dates! Good times!
    But I agree - a little pricey for what you get, but easy for me to stumble home from. I'm loving your blog. Post some more DIY projects! -Leah
