Happy Father's Day!

My family LOVES mexican food so for Father's day, my Dad requested we do a lil mexican cooking. Kenny and Dad went to the mexican specialty store earlier in the day so we could start cooking right when Nathan and I arrived. We made three different sauces and all were delicious: tomatillo, mole & spicy red. It took us about 3 hours to make them all between prepping, heating, more prepping and finishing off our creations. It was definitely worth the effort - we used recipes from Rick Bayless' cookbook.

  1. Looks yummy! That's a good idea, I've never been to the Mexican specialty store, I'd be so lost in there.
