Food :: Lunchbox Laboratory

We didn't have plans on a Sunday recently so we decided to do a little returning and shopping. After going to REI and being in there for far too long, we decided to try LL which I've heard many great things about but hadn't had the opportunity to try. They started off in a small little place off 15th in N Ballard before moving to Lake Union and opening their second in Bellevue. Since Nathan loves meat and I don't, splitting wasn't an option and we were both hungry so we decided to go all out. Nathan got the hot head which had pepperjack, bacon and jalopeno-ranch dressing. I got the Bleu Marble with a veggie patty, blue cheese, bacon, lunchbox onions and sweet chile mayo. They were both soooo good but way too much food; we left feeling overly full. I would highly recommend splitting. Nathan also got a kool-aid vodka drink; other options include Tang. The automospher was fun, lunch boxes everywhere and bright colors.
