Marination Mobile always been on my food truck list but after all these years I never made it. They opened a small restaurant last year on Capitol Hill and Nathan and I finally went last week. The food has Hawaiian and Korean influence and is delicious. Nathan got the pork torta which was bursting with flavor and spice. I got the ginger chicken tacos which were equally yummy and flavorful. Check them out on Capitol Hill or on the street.
