Nathan got a pizza stone for Christmas so we decided to try it out. We bought dough from TJ's and attempted to roll it out. It was extremely sticky and hard to roll out to be thin and big enough but we did our best. We had an olive oil base, prosciutto, caramelized shallots, butternut squash and then I topped it with a balsamic glaze. Although I have had a delicious pizza made of these ingredients; ours didn't taste quite as good. The middle of the pizza was nice and crispy but the edges had far too much dough. Oh well, on to the next one!



I may have been in the minority, but I really loved the wheat crust!!!!! I want more!
