Last week, Karina and I decided to go out to lunch since it seems like every other day, we are eating lunch in front of our computers :/ We headed down towards Pioneer Square and to Collin's Pub which is on 2nd. We've been there before for company events and I've always had a good experience - the place has tall ceilings and feels like a pub in Europe somewhere. They also have a little outdoor spot in front, where Karina and I sat on the sunny day!
This picture doesn't make the dish look very appetizing but it was quite good -
Garlic grilled shrimp, house made linguini, wilted spinach,Reggiano, green garlic cream sauce.
Although the noodles were a little thick, the flavor of the dish was delicious!
We also split this salad that had candied pecans, blue cheese and a berry vinaigrette. This was really good, but the pecans were kind of burnt.
So random, I just went there last night. My co-worker and her husband own Collins and we are having our rehearsal dinner there, so we went to plan the menu and have dinner... delish! I love Collins. :-)
