Road Trip :: Ninkasi Brewery

We drove from San Fran to Eugene, OR the next day. Our original goal was to get to Portland but after a stop at a CA liquor store, we were running a bit behind schedule. One of Nathan's favorite beers is Ninkasi and he remembered that their brewery was in Eugene so that's where we decided to go for our last night. We got samplers of all the beers and they had a truck outside called Sweet Betty's that served delicious quesadillas. I got a goat cheese and corn one and Nathan got more of a traditional chicken and black bean. They were sooo good and went perfectly with our beers!
